The Past
I was names Tala after my wolf ancestors.
We know very little about our past.
Only stories have survived time and evolution.
Our mothers tell us these tales of the past.
Few remember
and even fewer care.
The future promises little for our kind.
Man have tamed us and bred us to work
for them. Many do not know what secrets
the past carries.
The Tamed have forgotten why
living in packs are vital. Instincts are
a living thing within us. It guides
our thoughts and emotions.
